The Crimes and the Beatings
Their crimes are manifold, like a 67 Chevy going off a clif on fire. There is not much can be done they do not do to themselves.
Still.
With Mac they attacked his sexuality, accusing him of being gay on many occasions, a pussy, and used a pedophile metaphor.
They attacked his spirituality.
These are the usual things on a theological blog.
They accused him of upwards near six-plus online personalities stretching from California (where the water makes you vote blue...yet is strangely Republican) to Boston (which apparently is just as bad).
They attacked the memory of his dead brother and even questioned his existence. They attacked his childen and implied that they were impaired or deranged.
They waded through countless Blog entries to try and find the most vulnerable and personal ones they could, then published them again with derisive remarks meant to be cutting and cruel.
They would accept no apologies even though Mac was honest enough to tender them on a few occasions.
They used every epitaph they could find: gay, queer, pinko, fag, moron, idiot, pussy, coward, ass, asshat, marxist, wierdo, sicko, psycho, douche bag, ...this is a small sample...you get the idea.
They publish this shit everyday, but you cannot say "shit" on their site.
This is an Internet mob.
They are on their own lsland of Flies and they have a Lord and it ain't Jesus because Jesus doesn't hate. He never called anyone a douche bag, pussy, psycho, sicko, wierdo, marxist, fag or pinko, etc (add fifty other slanders). He never attacked the memory of the dead, nor did he ever attack peopel on a personal level or slander them.
The only folk he ever shamed or blamed were the overtly Religious. He was a friend of sinners and welcome in their homes.

This is true, whatever they could use to try to give pain was the object of thier desire.
Not even a sincere discussion of thier dislike, just off and running with attacks.

K-Brow brings up some interesting points. I must insist that it is not as serious as all that, but I do agree that the world fo adults is, in actuality, filled with just large children. Doug is certainly a child, and so am I.
As usual though, a quick click reveals no discernible trail for K-Brow. We have already had many visitors here under false names who come to accuse and shame and blame in the very fashion and by the same means that they were so critical of Mac. The obvious irony seems utterly lost on them. K-Brow could be anyone, but we will not speculate.
Consider K-Brows words for their own merit.
Well, i do want to say that once we got down to the bottomline for the cruel way Mac was treated (someones reputation was being protected) i am banned and the thread is GONE as if nothing happened. I find that ineteresting.
I have sent a email to Doug to please let me know what i did to get banned.
Afterall the clamoured about honesty and how it is important to them and how dishonesty is hated by them

They way they want to play the psychology card on Mac, they should look at their 'God Complex' issue.
They some how think they are pointed to do Gods work of discipline.

Every turn they have taken. everything he has written and trying to put his whole personality together from fiction that may have some truth, however it does not define the person fully.

Second - i do believe that, it was stated on the thread that has been interestingly removed that Maugham does not deny Christ as much as he disdains Christiandome in which you so wonderfully represent.
That Christdome is about power and submission. Maugham has the right to speak against that because what you represent isn't Christianity at all. It is a man made concept
of Christianity.
Maugham, i am willing to bet that these folk will not reply and keep the real selves underground. OR they will come here and do some lambasting where we can finally see them for who and what they are and stand for.

Mac made a bad mistake and apologized and explained himself and then kept to his promise. Mac does not have to abide by your forum rules outside of the forum. So you little ranting holds no value. Mac kept to his promise on the forum.

1 - I didn't defend Mac, i defended a principle. I believe i began my entry something along the lines of steping back see what you are doing, at lease that IS what i was trying to get across. But i guess you were and are to busy making Mac pay for i don't know what.
2 - I never said you were mean. I said you guys were lambasters from the git go (you can call that mean if you want) Yes i spoke about forgiveness because IF we call ourselves Christians that is one of the major traits we are to learn. Forgivness wasn't for Mac, it is for you. Meaning that when one forgives, it means that one is willing to let the anger subside and continue on a kinder attitude.
By YOU folk forgiving Mac, showed that you don't want to hold anger and hate and divisiveness. Yet, you didn't want to do that. Which then tells me that you want to have division.
IF you disagree with this concept of forgiveness then i suggest you study up on it biblically once more. If we as Christians can't forgive, we devour ourselves. Our own selves have to discipate the anger and division.
3 - see you leave out that you had a nice little thread ready for personally attacks, you didn't care about the issue at hand, you wanted to hurt.If i wasn't a lie, then you folk would not have started that thread.

Mac came clean promised to be himself and you still tore him apart. The thread was closed, mac began a new thread on Body, Mind, and Soul (something along that line) someone reopens that lanmbasting thread and that is where everyone stayed. Mac tried you folk didn't want to respond in the same.
5 - i am not talking about victims i am talking about DOUBLESTANDARDS and HONESTY.
